Dedicated to the safety of its guests and employees, Saudi Arabia’s Elaf Group has been implementing and adhering to the rigorous precautionary measures set by the Saudi Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization across its offices and hotels in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah.
Responding to the unprecedented pandemic, Elaf Group rolled out the Provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) guidelines at The Hotel Galleria-Jeddah, Elaf Jeddah, Elaf Kinda-Makkah and Elaf Taiba-Medina. The hotels regularly sanitise their facilities, surfaces, back of house areas and admin offices with recommended cleaning agents to ensure a safe environment.
Other precautionary measures undertaken at Elaf properties include regular temperature screenings, PPE kits upon arrival, social distancing signs and stickers, hand sanitisers within facilities and at guest touchpoints, installation of reception plexiglass partitions for Jeddah hotels and facemask requirement in indoor, public and outdoor areas with some exceptions based on local law.
From a digital standpoint, the hotels rolled out QR codes for menus in addition to e-payment and signs reminding guests, customers and associates of hygiene etiquette and social distancing.
