This new alliance emphasises both airlines’ commitment to working towards a strong recovery for air travel post-COVID-19 and expands their destination offering.
Customers of both airlines will now benefit from a wider choice of destinations in both countries and beyond. Travellers from Muscat now have easy access to EGYPTAIR’s domestic destinations including Sharm El-Sheikh, Luxor, Aswan and Hurghada, as well as Casablanca in Morocco. Meanwhile, travellers from Cairo will benefit from seamless access to Oman Air’s domestic destination, Salalah, as well as Karachi in Pakistan, Colombo in Sri Lanka and Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia.

Chairman and CEO, EGYPTAIR HOLDING, Pilot Amr Abu El-Enein explained that cooperation with partners is essential for sustainability during this critical period and this agreement will add more benefits for both airlines’ customers.
